ZakerHub Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you create an account on ZakerHub we collect: full name, email address, phone number, age, school name, grade/year, target exam date and score, previous exam scores if applicable, city and area in Egypt, nationality, parent or guardian email address, and how you heard about ZakerHub.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process your enrollment and subscription, send you notifications about your courses assignments and sessions, notify your parent or guardian about attendance grades and subscription status, improve our platform and services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Parent and Guardian Information
We collect a parent or guardian email address for students under 18. This email is used solely for notifications related to the student academic progress and account status. We do not use this email for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement industry standard security measures to protect your personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Your information is only accessible to ZakerHub administration, your assigned teachers and our technical team when necessary.
6. Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive emails from ZakerHub Team via zakerhub@gmail.com including enrollment updates, session reminders, assignment notifications, subscription alerts and platform announcements.
7. Cookies and Tracking
ZakerHub uses session identifiers to track anonymous usage of our free tools including the Mock Exam feature. No personally identifiable information is collected from users who have not created an account.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for communications at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at zakerhub@gmail.com.
9. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Course materials are deleted 10 days after course completion. Course records are deleted 20 days after completion. Chat history is deleted 7 days after a course ends and immediately when a course is permanently deleted. Support ticket history is retained permanently for quality assurance purposes.
10. Children Under 18
Students under 18 must have parent or guardian email verification before accessing the platform. ZakerHub takes the privacy of minors seriously and limits data collection to what is strictly necessary for educational purposes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
