ZakerHub Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on ZakerHub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must verify your account via email OTP. By checking the 18+ confirmation box you take full legal responsibility for the accuracy of that information.
2. Platform Use
ZakerHub is an online educational platform offering SAT, ACT and EST exam preparation courses. Access is granted upon successful enrollment approval by our administration team.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. ZakerHub reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy. Each account is limited to one active device at a time.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed manually via Instapay or bank transfer. Enrollment is only activated after payment is confirmed by our administration team. ZakerHub reserves the right to drop a student from a course if payment is not received by the due date.
No refunds will be issued for students who are removed, banned or suspended from a subject or from the platform as a result of a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the conduct rules in Section 7 below. Refunds for any other reason are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ZakerHub administration.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans include Weekly, Monthly and Full Course options. Students who do not renew their subscription lose access immediately upon expiry.
6. Content
All materials uploaded on ZakerHub including PDFs, presentations, videos and quizzes are the intellectual property of ZakerHub and its teachers. Downloading, sharing or reproducing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
Students and teachers must maintain respectful communication at all times across every channel of the platform — public class chat, private messages, support tickets, reviews and any other text input.
Insulting language, profanity, harassment, hate speech or any other misuse of language directed at students, teachers or ZakerHub staff is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to insults in English, Arabic and Franco-Arabic (Arabizi), in any spelling or any attempt to evade our automated profanity filter (e.g. inserting spaces or punctuation between letters).
A confirmed violation will result in an immediate ban from the affected subject — and, depending on severity, from the entire platform — with no refund of any fees paid for that subject or subscription. ZakerHub uses automated filters together with human review by the administration team. Repeat or severe violations may also be reported to the student's parent or guardian where applicable.
Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, social-media handles, external messaging apps) in order to move a relationship off the platform is also a conduct violation and is subject to the same enforcement.
8. Teacher Switching
Students may switch teachers within the limits set by their subscription plan. Switch limits are enforced by the platform and cannot be overridden except by ZakerHub administration.
9. Termination
ZakerHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms without prior notice. As stated in Sections 4 and 7, terminations resulting from a conduct violation do not entitle the user to a refund.
10. Changes to Terms
ZakerHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
